The child is still a baby who is only 9 months old.
The video of the nanny abusing the baby went viral on the Instagram account @bacottetangga which re-uploaded the video.
In the uploaded video, a caregiver wearing a blue shirt can be seen violently forcing food that has been vomited by a toddler.
The caretaker then pushed the food forcefully until the toddler cried.
"The trauma of the mother and the little sister could last a lifetime! It's evil and dirty! After the food was spit out, he put it back into his mouth." wrote the account @bacottetangga_ .
The nanny carried out this cruel act repeatedly, even putting her finger in the toddler's mouth to stop the food from being vomited out.
