In the uploaded video, one of the officers can be seen holding the child, while another officer removes the can by slowly cutting it.
At the beginning of the video, the child is seen crying, but the officers managed to calm him down.

While evacuating, the officers even invited the child to talk and pray together.
The child was no longer heard crying until the milk can was released.
He also appealed to parents to supervise and pay attention to all their children's activities when playing.
"Initially, the victim was playing around putting the can at his head many times, but suddenly the can got stuck in the head," he concluded.
