JAKARTA, POSTINGNEWS.ID - Jokowi gave a message to Sespri Iriana ahead of the simultaneous regional elections in 2024.
Sespri Iriana is part of the team working for Jokowi's wife whom he has entrusted to this day.
For information, Iriana's personal secretary is running for the 2024 Bogor City Pilkada.

President Joko Widodo asked Iriana's personal secretary, Sendi Fardiansyah, not to be too hasty in choosing a political party (parpol) if he intends to run for the 2024 Bogor City Pilkada.
This advice was conveyed directly by Jokowi when he met Sendi at the State Palace in Jakarta.
“He (President Jokowi) said there was no need to rush when it came to parties. "The most important thing is popularity, electability increases first, wait for the pleasure of talking if the electability and popularity are high," said Sendi when talking with podcats "Gaspol" Sunday, July 14 2024.
Not only that, Sendi explained to Jokowi that he had registered with six political parties to get a ticket as a candidate for mayor of Bogor.

Hearing this, Jokowi immediately questioned how far Sendi and these political parties had taken steps.
"More precisely, he asked whether he had communicated with any parties. "I said I've done it with A, B, C. At the DPC level everything is communication, for the DPP of course that's all I can access, if I can't, I can't communicate either," he said.
Not only that, Sendi was also asked about the survey results related to the Bogor Regional Election.
