The police have named Rio Reifan as a suspect in a drug abuse case after being arrested on April 26 in the Jatinegara area of East Jakarta.
The police have also determined that Rio Reifan is subject to Article 112 paragraph (1) of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics and Article 62 of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 5 of 1997 concerning Psychotropic Substances.

"We searched and investigated 3 plastic clip packages of 17 grams of crystal methamphetamine, then seized 1 green ecstasy pill weighing 3.6 grams and 12 pills of the psychotropic drug Alpara brand alprazolam," explained Syahduddi.
"The third total of evidence is 3 packages of 1.17 gram methamphetamine, 12 alprazolam pills, 1 ecstasy pill and a methamphetamine suction device," he continued.
