Siskaeee was forcibly picked up by Polda Metro Jaya investigators at a Student Castle Apartment, Room B 0221 Jalan Seturan Raya No. 1 Sleman, Yogyakarta Special Region Province.

The forced arrest was carried out in the morning at around 08.25 WIB.

With information about the forced arrest, Siskaeee's lawyer finally spoke out.

Tofan Ginting as Siskaee's attorney admitted that he was surprised by the police's actions which were deemed not to have coordinated first.

"Actually, we haven't received the news yet, we are surprised too. There hasn't been any (information). We are very surprised," said Tofan Agung in Yogya Wednesday, January 24 2023.

Previously, Tofan, as Siskaee's attorney, had tried to send a letter to the investigative team asking that Siskaee's case be dismissed.

However, this letter was rejected by the investigative team for several reasons.

"We have submitted a letter requesting that the Siskaeee investigation process at the Regional Police be temporarily suspended due to the pre-trial process. But it was rejected by the Polda Metro Jaya," he said.
