It didn't take long for Sarwendah to deny that she was suing Ruben Onsu.
The news of Sarwendah's divorce was revealed by the Public Relations Officer of the South Jakarta District Court, Djuyamto, who said that there was a civil lawsuit from Sarwendah to Ruben Onsu.

"After I checked at the Civil Registrar's SIPP, it hasn't been entered into the system. But perhaps it has been registered, via e-court filing, but the registration hasn't been entered into the case system, the information is already there (civil lawsuit), but we have to confirm it with SIPP e- court," he continued," said Djuyamto at the South Jakarta District Court Thursday, May 2 2024.
However, Sarwendah did not admit that he was suing himself for not making any reports.
"Nothing. I don't have any lawsuits," said Sarwendah in Cipete Thursday, May 2 2024.
Sarwendah admitted that her heart was broken and saddened by what was currently being reported for her household.

Sarwendah admitted that she felt sorry for her child due to the news that her household was rumored to be breaking up.
"I was in the wrong. I was really sad, really, for a moment I was told what was wrong with my child, then later he said what I was doing again, then he said I was suing again. So it was all wrong," said Sarwendah.
"I'm also a mother, so it's a pity that my children can already read. So they can already read the existing news," she added.
