This sentencing hearing was only attended by his two biological children.
The trial was held at the Corruption Court at the Central Jakarta District Court.
Apart from SYL, two other defendants, namely former Secretary General of the Ministry of Agriculture Kasdi Subagyono and former Director of Agricultural Equipment and Machinery Muhammad Hatta will also face a trial to read the verdict.
"We have scheduled the reading of the verdict on Thursday, July 11 2024," explained chief judge Rianto Adam Pontoh during a hearing at the Central Jakarta District Court Tuesday July 9 2024.
